A Christmas Card Message from Peaceful Deer is ”Sending Love & Peace This Season.” Deer symbolize grace, gentleness, and innocence which can fill us with compassion for ourselves and mankind. So, what better time of year is there to showcase this gentle animal than at Christmas?
- How to create this card:
- If you’re not sure how to make a card and mat for front of card, please see my article and/or short video on Size of A2 Cards.
- Adhere papers together as explained in article and video. I used Basic White Thick cardstock for the card, Sweet Sorbet cardstock for the mat and Lights Aglow Designer Series Paper for the card front. The 1 1/2 inch strip going across the middle of the card is the opposite side of the Lights Aglow DSP I used.
- Punch out two deer using Sweet Sorbet cardstock after stamping it with Sweet Sorbet Ink and one deer using Glimmer Specialty Paper and adhere all to card front with dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock and use smallest deckle rectangle die cut. Adhere to card front with dimensionals.
